Our professional development plan focuses on two major components.
The first is SIOP, which is a research-based instructional model that has proven to be effective in addressing the academic needs of English Learners throughout the United States.
Second, we have focused on the Science of Reading, which brings together a comprehensive body of research to improve reading instruction.
