PowerSchool for Parents and Students in grades 7-12 have access to real-time information on grades, attendance, assignments and scores directly from the teacher’s gradebook via the PowerSchool web portal and free PowerSchool Mobile app for iPhone and Android.  Students in grades K-12 can utilize Powerschool to access online textbooks in Social Studies, Science and Math.  

5-12 Parents: In order to gain access to your child’s information, you will first need to create an account.  You will then be asked to provide your child’s WebID and Access Code.
K-6 Students: You can obtain your username and password from your teacher.
5-12 Students:  You can obtain your username and password from the Guidance Office.
 
When using the moblie app for the first time, you will be asked to enter a District Code.  Fremont Public Schools’ code is TBWS.

The Nebraska Student and Staff Record System (NSSRS) is the Nebraska Department of Education’s primary method of data collection from Nebraska public districts.  Demographic, Enrollment, Attendance, Grades, Standardized Test Scores are collected for each student and uploaded to Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) portal.  NDE collects this information for funding and evaluation purposes.

Fremont Public Schools provides general announcements, weather related cancellations, emergency notifications, negative lunch balances, High School attendance notifications to staff and students using SchoolMessenger.  
This service is sponsored by a very generous donation from First State Bank and Trust of Fremont


Parents may identify their preferences on how they receive broadcast notifications.  There is a link within PowerSchool for Parents to SchoolMessenger or they may create an account by going to https://go.schoolmessenger.com and signing up with an email that is on file with Fremont Public Schools. (See video below)

  • Once you’ve created an account, you will receive a confirmation code via email.
  • The next screens you see, you will need to acknowledge that you will accept or not accept phone calls to phone numbers we have on file.
  • Once you have completed those steps, you can click on Preferences in the top right corner of the screen where you can identify the modes and types of messages you want to receive.  Please note, that not all 3 modes of messages will be sent each time.  Inclement weather messages WILL be sent all three modes.
