Washington’s approximately 370 students in PreK-4th grade are served by 27 certificated classroom and specialty teachers, a comprehensive school psychologist, nurse, and 12 classified staff members.

Washington’s programming includes special education and speech services, a multi-tiered system of support for reading and behavior, and programming for our multilingual learners. Washington is also home to Fremont’s elementary dual language program.

Our dual language classrooms are composed equally of native English and native Spanish speakers, and students learn in both English and Spanish. Washington also provides after school programming. We have an active PTA which provides various opportunities for our families throughout the school year.

We think Washington School is a special place!  Our staff makes a commitment to families to care for and teach their children in ways we want provided for our own children.  We work together to create a community where everyone is welcome!
