K-4 BOUNDARIES

This registration process allows for you to take a photo of your child’s birth certificate, immunization records, physicals, etc.  Please upload those documents if you have them.  Once you have completed the registration process, a registrar will get in touch with you.

If you are not able to do the registration process online, please contact your child’s school for assistance.

Every new student to the district will need

    1. A certified birth certificate for the student.
    2. A current copy of the immunization record for the student.
    1. Any student enrolling from another state and/or all Kindergarten and 7th grade students must have a vision exam, physical exam or vision/physical refusal form signed by a parent or guardian.
    1. All High School Students will need a certified copy of the student’s high school transcript showing credits earned.  New students will need to schedule an appointment with the counseling office at 402-727-3056 after the above information has been received and they have been approved for enrollment by an FHS Administrator.

*Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee first preferences although we do all that we can to honor those requests.
If you register for preschool between Feb. 1 and May 31 you’ll receive a letter by the middle of June that affirms your spot at a school.
If you register for preschool between June 1 and July 31 you’ll receive a letter by the end of the first week in August that affirms your spot at a school.
If you register for preschool after July 31 you’ll receive communication as soon as possible from the district on your spot at a school.
