Welcome to Bell Field Elementary!

Our school is centrally located in Fremont, near the intersection of 11th and Bell Streets, and is the newest elementary school facility in town. We serve approximately 300 students, preschool-4th grade, and provide special education services, extending learning opportunities, and parent involvement activities. In addition to classroom instruction, specialists provide students with education in the content areas of Art, Counseling, Media, Music and Physical Education.

The mission of Bell Field Elementary School is to empower each student to perform his/her personal best, to demonstrate positive character, and to contribute responsibly to our ever-changing world. We believe all individuals can achieve success in learning.

At Bell Field, we implement a Positive Behavior Intervention and Support System (PBiS) to establish and maintain a safe and effective school environment that maximizes the academic achievement and behavioral competence of all students. Here at school, we teach our students to B.A.R.K.

●Be Responsible ● Active Learning ● Respect Others ● Keep Safe ●

We believe educating our students and building a sense of community is the shared responsibility of students, staff, parents, and the public. We strive to develop the skills and attitudes for students to become life-long learners.

Bell Field is a School-wide Title I building. We offer breakfast and lunch programs for all students.  In addition, we are a part of the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable snack program, so our children have access to fresh food for snack during the afternoon. We are also fortunate to have a Backpack program, through a partnership with the Food Bank of the Heartland, where we are able to provide some of our students with a pack of food to support them over the weekends. students

The Bell Field PTA is active and involved in our building. The PTA will sponsor events throughout the school year to support our Bell Field School mission. They raise money for our students, support our teachers by providing funds for supplies and meals during parent/teacher conferences, and support our staff by recognizing the hard work of our paras, kitchen staff, nurse, and custodians throughout the year.  We encourage all our Bell Field Parents to get involved with our PTA.

We look forward to working with students and families throughout the 2019-2020 school year to develop high functioning teams focused on fostering growth, building a collaborative culture, and increasing achievement for all students!
