Welcome to Linden Elementary, where your child will receive high quality instruction in a positive learning environment!

Linden Elementary is located in the western section of Fremont, Nebraska.  School starts at 8:00 and ends at 3:20.  On Wednesdays, we dismiss at 2:05 to allow for teacher collaboration and professional development.  We serve approximately 350 students, preschool through fourth grade.  Linden is a Title I school. We offer 3 sections at each grade level and have curricular offerings for English Language Learners, as well as regular classroom opportunities.  In addition to classroom instruction, specialists provide students with education in the content areas of Art, Media, Music, and Physical Education.  We also provide special education services, a counseling program, Reading Recovery, as well as enrichment opportunities.

At Linden we R.O.A.R.  (Respectful, Organized, Always safe, Responsible).  We are a certified Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBiS) school, which focuses on proactive strategies for teaching appropriate student behavior to create a positive school environment.

Linden offers a breakfast and lunch program.  The breakfast program is available from 7:20 until 7:50. Students are welcome to enter the building at 7:20 to attend breakfast.  We also have the 21st Century Community Learning Center as an after school program for students.  The mission of the after school program is to provide youth the opportunities to develop intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.  The hours of operation are: Regular days: 3:20 – 5:45; Early dismissal Wednesdays: 2:05-5:45.

Linden Elementary is committed to making all of our families feel welcome.  We thank you for getting involved in your son/daughter’s education and encourage you to participate in school activities.  Our Linden PTA is always happy to have parents share ideas and help with activities that are planned throughout the year for our students and their families.

Our doors are always open…we want our parents, grandparents, and community members to come and visit us.  If there are any questions please email me at diane.beninato@fpsmail.org or call (402) 727-3150.
