Fremont Middle School Writers Club
The only requirement for joining our club is that a person likes to write. This is the third year that it is being run by members of the Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society at Midland Lutheran College. The group meets every Monday from 3:30-4:15 in room SC212 and/or the 6th grade computer lab.
Students get involved with mini-writing lessons involving a variety of literary genres and styles. Emphasis is also put on the 6-Traits of writing. An end-of-the-year publication was completed last year with lots of success; plans to do the same things this year are in the works.
